As Solution Expert for Windchill and CAD systems you will be the first line support, contributing to the overall delivery of our local VCE Digital & IT Site Support team.

You will be the first line support towards both local and remote users of our Windchill PLM system with its integrated CAD solutions (Catia and Creo). We are implementing Creo and deep knowledge is beneficial. You will also be part of the global maintenance team for the systems concerned and participate in projects driving Volvo CEs ambitions for the future. It is important that you have an innovative and creative mind-set to solve issues and continuously improve our delivery.

Main tasks for this position:

• Direct support of Windchill users and integrated CAD applications
• Review and develop methods and guidelines for end users to be more efficient
• Conduct key user meetings and communicate upcoming changes to the user community
• Propose enhancements for the maintenance team to improve functionality
• Test new functionality and upgrades before deployment
• Manage end user training needs
