What Youll Do:

providing the status of the receivables and improving the collection performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Inform the top management of the sales volume

  • Monitor projects status (not started, running, completed, delivered, ready to invoice …etc.)
  • Perform Month billing through confirming and verifying the invoices on clients portal then submitting them.
  • Create aging report clarifying the collection periods, late collections, which clients did not pay yet…. etc.

Collection and follow up on overdue

  • Record the collected amounts from customers.
  • Follow up and communicate with different stakeholders regarding not collected amounts.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelors Degree in commerce / business (English section preferred).
  • Excellent to Fluent English skills.
  • 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
