In this position you will be joining Fisher, a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, which delivers over 800,000 different products to a wide range of laboratory customers, helping them to accelerate life science research, solve complex analytical challenges, improve patient diagnostics and increase laboratory productivity.
How will you make an impact?
In the Customer Service Representative role you will be responsible for some day-to-day activities in a dedicated area. Duties could include, but are not limited to complaint management and general resolution of both verbal and written customer enquiries. The role is based in our Gothenburg office, a state-of-the-art, newly built office and warehouse where approximately 40 employees work together. As a Customer Service Representative, you will excel in a fast-paced environment by cultivating strong connections both within and outside our organization. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and driving a positive attitude across the department.

What will you need?
- Previous experience in a multi-channel customer service environment.
- A professional approach when interacting with customers and key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective customer engagement.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Danish at a professional standard; proficiency in Swedish is highly desirable.
