Your Role as an Operations Manager:

As an Operations Manager at Future Group, you will be at the helm of enhancing our operational procedures, ensuring productivity and efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations in line with company goals and objectives.
• Implement effective strategies to optimize operational processes and reduce costs.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and development opportunities.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in operations management or similar role.
