Player Experience Manager

Job Description

Were looking for a proactive and passionate Player Experience Manager to support exciting marketing campaigns in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role will focus on enhancing the player experience beyond games, increasing engagement, and identifying areas for improvement.

Your role:

Manage player outreach for marketing campaigns, ensuring clear and engaging communication.

Drive innovation in player experience, especially in unfair play prevention and fair competition. Champion player experience, addressing player needs and challenges. Coordinate and manage player research initiatives to gather insights that improve campaigns. Manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and optimizing delivery processes. Oversee US-based operations, bridging time zone gaps and optimizing global communications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide expertise in player experience.

Qualifications
  • Strong gaming knowledge, with experience in game mechanics, player behavior, and industry trends.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling player-facing content.
  • Experience working with product and development teams to translate player feedback into actionable insights.
  • Organized and proactive with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
  • Proven experience in Community Management or Player Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry.
  • Proficiency with tools like CRM systems, JIRA, and Looker.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience gathering player insights and improving retention.
  • Understanding of game monetization models and live-service operations.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Marketing, Game Design, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).

Full-time, office hours. Our client is looking for someone to start as soon as possible. You will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant and work with our exciting client.
