We are hiring Product Owner for one of Future Group subsidiaries.

Job Description:

As a Product Owner , your primary responsibility will be to drive the development and execution of innovative financial technology products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to define and deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth. Your role will involve a combination of strategic thinking, product management, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Understand market trends, user needs, and industry regulations to identify opportunities and shape the product direction.
• Break down the product roadmap into detailed user stories, epics, and features. Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Conduct market research, user interviews, and data analysis to gather insights and define clear product requirements. Document and communicate these requirements effectively to the development team.
• Work in an Agile development environment, collaborate with the development team to plan and execute product releases. Monitor project progress, remove obstacles, and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle. Provide guidance and make product decisions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners. Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, communicate product updates, and manage expectations.
• Advocate for a user-centric approach throughout the product development process. Conduct usability testing, analyze user feedback, and iterate on product features to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to plan and execute product launches. Develop go-to-market strategies, create product documentation, and support customer onboarding activities.
• Define and track key product metrics, analyze data to measure the success of product initiatives. Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in the fintech industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial technology and understanding of industry trends, regulations, and customer needs.
• Experience working in Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform product decisions.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and ability to advocate for a user-centered design approach.
• Prior experience in launching successful fintech products and driving user adoption is a plus.
