Role OverviewThe Senior Digital Account Manager is a pivotal role within our organisation, responsible for overseeing key client relationships and driving digital project success. This position requires exceptional time management, customer focus, and communication skills, alongside technical experience and fluency in English.
Key Responsibilities Time Management Expertise- Efficiently manage multiple client accounts and projects to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to timelines and priorities.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored digital solutions.
- Proactively address client feedback and concerns to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Work closely with internal teams including technical, creative, and account management to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Foster a collaborative team environment where sharing knowledge and ideas leads to innovative results.
- Clearly articulate project details and updates to clients and team members, ensuring alignment and transparency.

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital account management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of delivering successful digital projects and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Expertise in time management and prioritisation of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
