Emagine is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the Cloud Infrastructure Readiness (CIR) initiative. The role is part of clients broader Cloud Transformation journey, focusing on the implementation and governance of technical capabilities within the banks cloud platforms - primarily Google Cloud Platform.

The role is not about building from scratch but about taking over, structuring, and further developing what is already in place. You will coordinate several active workstreams delivering capabilities that are essential to clients multi-cloud strategy, ensuring alignment, delivery, and follow-up in a complex, cross-domain setup.

This role is more implementation-focused than strategic - we are looking for a hands-on project manager who thrives in execution and follow-through rather than high-level planning.

Requirements:

• Previous banking experience
• Proven skill to drive major projects to successful implementation
• Able to bring structure and direction to complex initiatives involving multiple streams.
• Keeps stakeholders aligned and ensures progress toward delivery milestones in shifting and sometimes unclear contexts.
• Handle both high-level management and technical development teams, including managing conflicts of interest
• Skilled in identifying potential tension points and navigating them constructively.
• Able to raise the right issues to the right stakeholders at the right time.
• Ability to package and present complex matters to make them understandable and actionable
• Strategic mindset with the ability to break down complexity, ask the right questions, and communicate clearly across different levels of the organization.
• Highly structured and able to set robust frameworks that improve clarity, collaboration, and support progress
• Brings order to cross-functional delivery by aligning streams and enabling transparency across the program.
• Change leadership skills and experience in working with agile development methods
• Understands agile ways of working without expecting a fully defined team structure.
• Comfortable operating as a stand-alone project manager in an evolving setting where not everything is pre-defined or stable.
• Competence and experience of working with traditional infrastructural IT and Cloud-based IT, preferably Cloud transformation
• More important than deep cloud expertise is experience working in large, regulated organizations with slow-moving processes - someone who can maintain momentum in a banking context, rather than a fast-paced startup.
