We are looking for a structured and proactive individual to lead supplier warranty recovery efforts, support purchasing in warranty-related negotiations, and contribute to continuous improvements in close cooperation with Quality and R&D. Skills and Experience Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability Sound judgment in making decisions regarding financial compensation Effective negotiation skills A Masters degree in a technical field or economy, or a combination of education and related work experience Experience in automotive aftersales is considered a plus Your role at Aurobay As a Supplier Warranty Recovery Manager you will: Drive and coordinate supplier warranty cost recovery efforts Collaborate with suppliers and internal experts on technical analysis and root cause investigations Ensure return and documentation of warranty parts for investigation Support buyers in warranty-related matters and negotiations Lead and improve processes and tools related to supplier recovery Review and approve supplier analysis; influence test methods and recovery outcomes Share findings with Quality and R&D, and contribute to further investigations Equal opportunities employer We are an equal opportunities employer.
