Who are we looking for We are looking for a new Territory Manager to join our Surgical Endoscopy and Surgical Devices (SE/SD) business unit in Sweden. A skilled professional, who is also a strong team player with a focus on quality and patient safety, you will specialize in selling advanced surgical devices and endoscopy solutions. You will be managing your own sales district in the southern part of Sweden, covering key areas including Skåne, Blekinge, Kronoberg, and Kalmar, with approximately 60-80 overnight stays per year. Meet the team You will be part of a dynamic team of seven Territory Managers, each responsible for different districts across Sweden. While everyone manages their own territory, we strongly believe in supporting one another. The team regularly collaborates, sharing insights on complex tender specifications, discussing strategies for approaching new customers, and even conducting joint visits. Although we are spread out across Sweden, we make it a priority to meet several times a year to maintain our strong team spirit.

Your responsibilities

  • Territory business planning:
    • Analysing territory, segmenting targets, account planning
    • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to understand needs and influence account strategy
    • Action planning:
    • Monitoring sales results & establish correcting actions
    • Tenders & after sales products
    • Opportunity Management & pipeline control
    • Continuous market & competitor monitoring
    • Ensuring customer progressions along the Integrated Sales Process (ISP):
    • Implement a customer progression framework to enhance relationships and increase retention
    • Train customers in products
    • Comply with price policies
    • Reporting (CRM & other reporting tools)

Your qualification

  • +2 years in a similar field sales role or healthcare background (such as preoperative nurse, physical therapist etc.)
    • Sales experience within the healthcare industry, especially within surgical devices department are considered a plus
    • Documented track record in handling technical complex sales projects
    • Outstanding oral and written communication skills in both Swedish and English
    • Exemplifies unwavering integrity in interactions with both external and internal stakeholders
    • Exceptional organizational and planning abilities, adept at managing multiple demands and priorities effectively
    • Innately self-motivated with a resolute determination to achieve success
