Territory Manager
Your responsibilities
- Territory business planning:
- Analysing territory, segmenting targets, account planning
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to understand needs and influence account strategy
- Action planning:
- Monitoring sales results & establish correcting actions
- Tenders & after sales products
- Opportunity Management & pipeline control
- Continuous market & competitor monitoring
- Ensuring customer progressions along the Integrated Sales Process (ISP):
- Implement a customer progression framework to enhance relationships and increase retention
- Train customers in products
- Comply with price policies
- Reporting (CRM & other reporting tools)
Your qualification
- +2 years in a similar field sales role or healthcare background (such as preoperative nurse, physical therapist etc.)
- Sales experience within the healthcare industry, especially within surgical devices department are considered a plus
- Documented track record in handling technical complex sales projects
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills in both Swedish and English
- Exemplifies unwavering integrity in interactions with both external and internal stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational and planning abilities, adept at managing multiple demands and priorities effectively
- Innately self-motivated with a resolute determination to achieve success
