For the Scandinavian market we are now looking for a Brand Activator based at our office in Solna, Sweden. You will be a part of our European Marketing Team, with direct reporting line to the European Marketing Manager, but work closely with our sales force in Scandinavia. This is a permanent position starting as soon as possible at common agreement. Purpose To execute the CCM brand strategy and implement the Marketing Plan for Scandinavia. Maximize sales, profits and sell-through within stores. Key Responsibilities

• Build and ensure proper customer and partner relationship management
• Implement go to market activities
• Initiate and do sell through activities at stores
• Support local PR initiatives
• Contribute to the briefing process to Trade Marketing for needs in In-Store communication
• Educate and inform store staff on technical product specific and concepts on key product launches
• Team activities and events during weekends and evenings outside normal working hours.
• Execute the social media strategy by posting, moderating and editing daily posts for the Finnish social media accounts - Instagram, TikTok, Facebook

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Experience in marketing or sales
• Strong customer-focused and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work within an established budget
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Bachelors degree in a related field (asset)
