We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with exceptional hands-on experience in tech hiring and a strong ability to speak the language of engineers. This role requires a deep understanding of our technologies and tools, along with the ability to present them to candidates. If youre passionate about identifying and hiring top technical talent in a technical environment, this role is for you.
This role is for a fixed period of one year.
The impact you will create:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific technical requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Understand the technologies, tools, and frameworks used by the engineering teams, and effectively communicate them to candidates.
- Engage with candidates in meaningful technical discussions, demonstrating a clear understanding of their skills, experience, and career goals.
- Proactively source top technical talent using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Present the organizations technical landscape, challenges, and opportunities in a way that excites and attracts candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct technical screenings to evaluate candidates proficiency in programming languages, frameworks, and technical problem-solving.
- Act as an ambassador for the companys engineering culture, selling the teams strengths and opportunities for growth to potential hires.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts by showcasing the companys engineering culture through blogs, social media, and career content.
What do we expect from you:
- Over 5 years of experience recruiting software engineers, DevOps, data scientists, and other technical roles.
- Solid understanding of the technology landscape, emerging trends, and skill sets relevant to the industry.
- English proficiency and excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate the companys mission and values to potential candidates.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates adaptability to changing priorities and requirements.
- Proven ability to develop innovative employer branding strategies that showcase the companys culture and attract top technical talent. Skilled in crafting narratives, leveraging social media, and organizing events to enhance the companys visibility in the tech community and engage candidates.
