Emission Systems Engineer

Emission Systems Engineer As Emission Systems Engineer you will be responsible to ensure our laboratory emission measuring systems have expedient function and minimal technical downtime. The position is based in Gothenburg. What you will do

• Plan, develop and perform preventive maintenance to minimize technical downtime in our test cells
• Handle break-down maintenance and perform root cause analyses to find both short and long term solutions
• Actively work with continuous improvements to facilitate our ambition to be a centre of excellence
• Maintain calibration routines to support the laboratory in being compliant with IATF 16949 quality requirements
• Monitor new techniques and equipment for emission measuring and recommend the best possible upgrades and acquisitions

• Sound working experience in calibration and maintenance of emission measurement equipment
• A technical high school degree (or equivalent), and secondary education in automation or mechatronics
• Very good English skills both written and spoken, Swedish skills are a merit
• Strong trouble-shooting skills with an ability to implement practical solutions
• The drive to move things forward, a hands-on attitude and a curious mind
