Through ownership on our HR data, you will ensure accuracy of our employment data and provide a strong foundation for informed decision-making at Dynavox Group. Beyond data management, you will support the global employee lifecycle by contributing actively to or leading projects that drive change within the Dynavox Group. This includes implementing improvements in recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, compliance with work legislation, payroll, and employee surveys. Please note: This is a hybrid role (2-3 days a week) from our office in Stockholm city. In this role, you will:
  • Payroll Support: Coordinate approvals and share necessary employee data to ensure smooth payroll cycles.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Collect and analyse HR data and metrics; identify trends, challenges, and present opportunities for improvement through reports. Continuously assess reporting requirements and needs.
  • Data Quality: Identify any discrepancies or irregularities in HR data and resolve them.
  • HR Systems & Integrity: Support the implementation and maintenance of our HR systems by ensuring accuracy and integrity in data and documentation along compliance with Data protection laws and regulations.
  • Compliance: Help with employee relations activities, ensure compliance with labor laws, and assist in audits by providing required data and documents.
  • Policy Updates: Update Tobii Dynavox Employee Handbook, templates and policies.
  • HR Projects & Training: Lead or assist with HR projects, such as developing employee satisfaction surveys, and organize training sessions. Support the implementation and upkeep of HR systems (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
What Were Looking For: We are looking for a solution-oriented, proactive, diligent and pragmatic HR Analyst to support our team in various HR functions. Your role will involve managing employee data, coordinating processes, and contributing to HR projects. We are looking for someone that has:
  • Previous experience in HR roles with a focus on data maintenance and analysis.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required.
  • Proficiency in HRIS or other HR systems (Experience in Workday is a plus)
  • Previous experience in facilitating trainings and writing instructions is appreciated.
  • Foundational understanding of global and local HR processes and legal obligations and consequences.
  • Analytical skills to convert data into patterns and actionable insights.
  • Organizational and prioritization skills, with attention-to-detail.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills in English (both verbally and written) to present data in a clear and concise manner and collaborate globally.
