We are currently seeking a talented Product Specialist to join our dynamic team and support our Product Owner in enhancing our digital products. This full-time position offers an Undetermined Duration Contract and is perfect for someone with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. Your Responsibilities: The Product Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the Product Owner by measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of our digital products. This position requires a subject matter expert who can effectively communicate with product team members, analyze data, and provide valuable feedback to enhance product offerings. Collaborate with co-workers to understand and quantify their needs and requirements, ensuring their input is integrated into the product development process. Test, analyze, and validate the actual impact of the product to ensure it meets its goals. Conduct comprehensive product-related analysis, utilizing both customer and product data. Support the Product Owner in tactical decision-making by providing insightful analysis results. Assist the Product Owner in writing user stories that accurately reflect user needs. Your Profile: A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. Progressive and diverse experience in digital product development. Demonstrable experience working in an Agile or DevOps environment. Experience working with and knowledge of the needs of customers or clients (internal or external). Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both business and technical stakeholders in english. Proven analytical skills with the ability to make informed decisions based on both hard and soft data. Strong team working and collaboration skills.
