Rollbeskrivning: As a SW Release Leader at Save Vehicle Automation, you will: • Plan and coordinate release activities within the Unit• Track what is tested, how it is tested, and what the result is• Visualize the test and release status vs key deadlines• Analyze and address any critical issues or blockers in the product or process, ensuringrobust and timely solutions.• Secure that we have the documentation and structure needed for each SW release• Represent the Unit in the SW integration & release meetings• Ensure that our SW teams are always up to date with the latest informationWhat you‘ll bring• You have a solid background in software development, testing and a commitment tosoftware quality, with a University Degree in a relevant area or equivalent experiencefrom the automotive industry.• As this is a senior leader role, you need to have experience in leading others andpossess great communication skills.• You have a team-oriented approach with a drive to jointly succeed with our deliveries.• As a person, you work with a high level of engagement, enthusiasm, and patience.• You also need to be structured yet flexible and enjoy creating clarity in complexsituations.• You are fluent in spoken and written English.
