The Employer hereby employs the Employee in the role of Researcher Assistant - Developing Sustainable and Net-Zero Translational Resources from Ulrika Forest, Boreal Lakes and Agriculture Organic Residues to achieve Climate Efficient Regional Development with unique ‘Living Natural Laboratory setups, specially dedicated to advancing the Climate Smart Agriculture and Forestry through scalable Organic Matters, Biochar, High CO₂ Sequestration, and Sustainable Waste-to-Energy innovations. Employees duties and responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to: a) Research Design & Development
  • Research Methodologies: Develop and implement research methodologies from TRL 3 and above using Ulrika Forest, Boreal Lakes and Agriculture Organic Residues to achieve Climate Efficient Regional Circular Economic Development with unique ‘Living Natural Laboratory setups.
  • Literature Review & Experimentation: Conduct literature reviews, design experiments, and assess the feasibility of innovative technologies for regional net-zero waste utilization.
b) Data Collection & Analysis
  • Field & Laboratory Research: Conduct field research and laboratory work to collect quantitative and qualitative data on regional net-zero resources, waste-to-energy technologies and sustainable practices.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to assess effectiveness, efficiency, and environmental impact, aiding in decision-making for sustainable solutions.
c) Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and publications documenting methodologies, findings, and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Strategy Refinement: Ensure continuous improvement by refining research strategies based on performance outcomes and emerging trends in national and global net-zero innovations, waste-to-energy technology and regional sustainability.
d) Ethics & Compliance
  • Data Compliance: Ensure all data handling adheres to legal and ethical standards, addressing issues related to data privacy and security.
e) Publications & Intellectual Property
  • Research Publications: Publish findings in high-impact journals to enhance visibility and credibility.
  • Intellectual Property Development: Develop intellectual property, such as patents, that can be licensed to support research funding.
