Responsibilities
- Coaching, mentoring and motivating a high potential sales team.
- Collaborate with other business functions including Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations and People Experience to attract, develop and retain a high performing sales team.
- Formulate and execute annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans at all levels in the sales org.
- Ensure exceptional Salesforce hygiene to track customer activity, pipeline management and forecasting.
- Manage productivity, funnel of opportunities and quality to ensure teams meet established goals and standards - collaborate with Marketing to address any funnel issues and coordinate campaigns accordingly.
- Ongoing process improvements and recommendations that will make our team more efficient.
- Assist in managing programs to achieve target goals for team and individual representatives.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 5+ years of success in building, developing, growing and managing Account Management and New Business sales teams.
- Proficiency in both Swedish and English is essential for this role.
- Well versed in account / deal coaching and value-based, solution selling.
- Experience in developing and coaching Account Management Strategies and tactics that drive growth.
- Demonstrable track record in developing new customer acquisition strategies and tactics with social selling at the core.
- Consistent and proven delivery of attaining target.
- Comprehensive understanding of the sales process, sales metrics and a reliable approach to short-, medium- and long-term forecasting.
- Successful track record of collecting and managing multiple business line forecasts with accuracy and predictability throughout the entire sales funnel.
- Experience selling complex SaaS solutions.
- Competent with CRM (ideally Salesforce), PowerPoint, Word and Excel are critical.
- Extremely well-versed in wholesale, distribution, manufacturing (or similar) industries is a plus.
