We are now looking for a Logistics Application Manager (temporary position)

Are you an experienced and have an interest in ERP systems and logistics? As a Logistics Application Manager you will manage and develop the functionality of our ERP system, TIPS and related support systems, ensuring efficient logistical processes and successful system integration. You will also collaborate with internal departments and external logistics providers to drive continuous improvement. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a key object specialist for TIPS ERP systems, driving and supporting development within logistics.
  • Maintaining and updating master data and functionality for logistics.
  • Coordinating and developing EDI needs for the Supply Chain.
  • Leading the development of Business Intelligence tools for Logistics.
  • Collaborating on cross-functional interfaces to design and uphold effective work methods.
  • Managing supplier relations and ensuring effective communication with logistics providers.
  • Contributing to project-based assignments to optimize logistics flows and processes.
  • Monitoring and reporting on KPIs.

This position is temporary until December 2025 since one of our colleagues are participating in a company project. The role is either located at our production unit in Gävle, Frövi (Örebro) or at our headquarter in Solna (Stockholm).

Qualifications

To succeed in this position, we believe you have:

  • Academic specialization in logistics, Supply Chain Management, business economics or system development is highly valued, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, EDI, and data warehouse solutions.
  • Strong English skills both written and verbally.
  • Strong computer literacy and a high level of overall system understanding.
  • Background in the pulp and paper industry, or similar process industries and previous experience in similar roles is considered a strong advantage.
