Description of the role:As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our team by identifying and attracting top talent to drive our business forward. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of activities to ensure the recruitment process is smooth, efficient, and aligned with our strategic objectives.
In this role you will be responsible for the following:- Full-Cycle Recruitment for business roles: Lead the entire recruitment process from initial requisition discussions with hiring managers to onboard successful candidates. This includes roles for the teams such as Investment, Operations, Growth, and Back-office.
- Executive recruitment: Lead recruitment for C-level and leadership roles for our ventures.
- Sourcing and Candidate Engagement: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to proactively source and engage with high-quality candidates for a diverse range of positions in the IT sector.
- Talent Strategy: Work with the Talent Acquisition Team and Hiring Managers to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the highly competitive fintech market.
- Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure our sourcing strategies effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to understand their talent needs and provide them with regular updates on the recruitment process.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the industry and fintech sector to inform talent acquisition strategies.
- E2E recruitment experience: a minimum of 5+ years of solid experience in end-to-end recruitment and sourcing for various roles within the fintech.
- Leadership recruitment background: experience in hiring for leadership roles (leaders, VP’s, Directors or C-level).
- Ownership: to a can-do attitude with strong taking ownership abilities.
- Team spirit: a team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different departments and stakeholders.
- Sourcing Skills: proven ability to create an efficient sourcing strategy and engage passive candidates through various channels, leveraging social media, networking, and industry events.
- Adaptability: ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing startup environment and quickly adapt to new technologies and tools.
- Data-Drive: strong analytical skills with the ability to use AI, data, and metrics to drive recruitment decisions and improve hiring processes.
- Project Management: experience in leading projects improving TA processes (e.g. EB, creation of new processes, tools implementations).
- Mentoring abilities: focus on supporting and helping younger colleagues.

- Salary 13 000 - 16 000 PLN net B2B or EUR 3 000 - 3 460 net on Full-Time Independent Contractor Agreement
- As part of your B2B contract, you can use up to 38 days per year for paid interruption leave in addition to 14 days per year for paid sick leave.
