Are you a passionate sales professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and understands the nuances of industrial service products? We are seeking a dedicated individual to lead our sales activities in Sweden within the Industrial Technique Business Area. You will work daily together with our customers in the manufacturing industry, having a key role in helping them transform towards industry 4.0. We have customers in all segments of the automotive and general industry which offers a fast-paced work environment with new and exciting challenges every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive value-based sales of our diverse service product portfolio according to the Service Division Sales Strategy.
• Develop strong relationships with our key accounts to identify customer needs and tailor solutions that offer exceptional value.
• With ownership of your own business results, continuously enhance efficiency in service sales and operations.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams in product division to ensure seamless integration and alignment of strategies.
• With our motto “There is always a better way”, be a part of driving change in our service business area.

This role requires travel within Sweden, and you will report to the Sales and Marketing Manager Service Nordic.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Driving License mandatory.
• Technical degree or other relevant academic degree.
• Sales experience or experience within the manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Experience with service or software as a service (SaaS) is an advantage but not a requirement.

• Proficiency in both Swedish and English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
