About the RoleAs a Network Developer and Team Lead, you will play a key role at a forward-thinking internet service provider that challenges traditional solutions with innovative network applications and services. We are looking for a driven Network Developer with leadership skills to lead and develop a team focused on advancing the companys network infrastructure and solutions for the future. As a Team Lead in Network Development, you will balance hands-on development with planning and guiding your team. Youll focus on building smarter networks and advanced tools, leading the development of innovative solutions for new network architectures. From day one, youll engage in tasks like automating service provisioning, refining monitoring systems, and constructing software to revolutionize network operations. Your future responsibilities Lead and plan projects for efficient team operations. Automate network service provisioning to improve workflows. Build and optimize monitoring tools for real-time performance insights. Develop innovative software for cutting-edge network architectures. What we are looking forWe are lookingfor someone withhands-on experience in both networking and software development, and has worked in a similar role before.Ideally you have experience in: Programming languages: Python, C, Perl, Go, PHP/Vue.js, Bash. Operating systems: Linux, Cisco IOS, IOS XE, IOS XR, VRP. Concepts/systems: DHCP, CGNAT, K8s, PowerDNS, BNG, ZTP, Docker, Ansible, Prometheus. Multiple years of experience of network development Experience in telecom and leadership roles is highly valued. We believe that you cancan prioritize, plan, and coordinate within a highly skilled team. You are alsoproactive and embraces challenges in unfamiliar platforms and technologies. Additional Information Start: As soon as possible, with flexibility for notice periods. Location: Stockholm, Malmö, or Umeå. Scope: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Employment Type: Permanent.
