Mechanical Engineer - Quality Control

Location: Lynge, Denmark Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer with experience and skills in quality control, to be a part of our project within the bicycle manufacturing in Lynge, Denmark. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of the bicycles throughout the manufacturing process. This role involves working closely with production, design, and supply chain teams to uphold the commitment to excellence. Key responsibilities include: Perform detailed inspections and tests on components and finished bicycles to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Follow quality control processes and operating procedures. Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve defects or inconsistencies in materials or assembly processes. Analyze manufacturing data and create reports on quality metrics. Conduct root cause analyses and recommend corrective actions for quality issues. Collobrate with the other departments to ensure that the quality of materials and components meets required standards. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience). At least 3 years of inspection experience. Proficiency in English or Danish.
