We are now looking for an IT Service Desk agent, location/Workplace: Solna/Stockholm. This position is for the period between 09-feb-2025 - 09-aug-2025 with a possibility for extension Responsibilities/ Expectations from the role
  • Serve as the entry point and single point of contact for users who contact the IT Service Desk
  • Responsible for capturing and diagnosing events and incidents and taking appropriate actions to get them resolved using available skills, knowledge, people, and processes
Start: ASAP Required skills/competencies Must-have
  • At least 2 years of experience within a support function
  • Understanding of IT Service Management
  • Knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Business English in writing and speaking
