We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate & Business Support Administrator to join our team at Business Swedens Indonesia office in Jakarta. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow and learn in the fields of management consultancy, international trade promotion, business-to-government relations, as well as accounting and HR processes within a global organisation. Business Sweden helps Swedish companies grow global sales and supports international companies in investing and expanding in Sweden. For Swedish companies, we provide strategic advice and operational support to grow international revenues. For international companies, we offer knowledge, experience, and a network to identify and navigate new business opportunities. Business Sweden is owned by the Swedish Government and industry partners, providing extensive contacts and networks.
- Collaborate with the consultants to develop and prepare client presentations and reports.
- Assist in the execution of promotional events and trade missions.
- Engage in client meetings and workshops, providing logistical and analytical support.
- Conduct market analysis and research to provide strategic insights.
- Finance: Manage banking, cash flow, accounts, supplier invoices, invoicing, and support year-end audits
- HR: Draft employment agreements, onboard new employees, register for social and health security, coordinate legal documents for foreign employees, liaise with tax agencies, monitor expenses, and process salaries.
- Legal: Communicate with the nominee head, ensure compliance with policies, and maintain legal documents.
- BI&O Administrator: Prepare periodic reports, assist with budget preparation, support company establishment, facilitate bank payments, and provide client support.
- General Affairs: Organise asset procurement and monitor company assets.

- Excellent command of business English and Indonesian, both in writing and speaking.
