You will lead a dynamic team, identify growth opportunities, and forge strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business success. Main responsibilities Lead a global, diverse team with varied experiences. Drive market analysis and research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, uncovering potential growth opportunities. Develop and support the implementation of strategic plans to enter new markets or expand existing ones. Lead digital development initiatives within SSAB Special Steels, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of digital innovation, enhancing sales efficiency and customer experience. Deliver training sessions, primarily to the sales team. About You University degree or equivalent. Minimum 5 years experience, with managerial experience included. Commercial mindset with a strategic, long-term approach. Open-minded, curious, and a good communicator. Strong connector and networker, able to "connect the dots" to see the bigger picture and foster team spirit. Knowledge and experience in the steel industry, as well as experience in product development and production would be very beneficial.
