About the Role

As a UX Designer, you will:

  • Create user-centered solutions that balance customer needs with business goals.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure an intuitive and accessible design.
  • Translate insights and data into actionable design decisions.
  • Advocate for the user and ensure their voice is represented throughout the product development process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design seamless experiences across channels and products.
  • Continuously iterate and improve designs based on feedback and changing requirements.

Requirements / Qualifications

We believe you:

  • Have at least 4 years of experience creating digital designs.
  • Possess relevant education and can follow design patterns while thinking outside the box.
  • See accessibility as a fundamental aspect of your design work.
  • Are driven to challenge and improve workflows and processes.
  • Have experience working in agile teams (knowledge of the SAFe framework is a plus)

Level 3 (Role Requirements)

  • Expertise: High proficiency in your field.
  • Experience: 4-8 years as a consultant, serving as a role model for junior consultants. A minimum of 2 years at Level 2 is required.
  • Leadership: Capable of taking responsibility for a sub-area and leading a small group.
  • Independence: Can work independently.
