Om jobbet

We are offering temporary positions for enthusiastic students or persons to join our team as O2C Data Migration and Hypercare Support Specialists. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our project, ensuring a seamless transition of customer data into our cutting-edge Microsoft Dynamics 365-based CRM and ERP systems.

• 
  Assist in transferring customer information, orders, invoices, and payments to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP systems.
• Engage in partial manual data entry from legacy systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Provide hypercare support post-migration to minimize disruptions to business operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data-related challenges and optimize processes.
• Document migration activities and support processes to contribute to project success.

Vem vi söker

• Enrolled as a student in a relevant field of study or possess adequate knowledge
• Passion for technology and its impact on business operations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team (English required).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite is preferred.
• No prior experience required; training will be provide
