You will be working in an in-house software team that develops functions for the Suspension system in both the Suspension ECU and the Central ECU of the vehicle. You will work closely with developers, test engineers, system engineers, safety engineers, function developers and may take cross-functional tasks depending on the need of the project. Your main responsibility is to perform embedded software development of algorithms for active suspension functions as well as test activities in MIL, HIL, and in vehicles. In your daily tasks you need to cooperate with other development teams to build up software requirements, test specification, test cases and reports. You will actively work with software development as well as testing activities using Hardware in the Loop (HIL), Model in the Loop (MIL) and physical vehicle tests.

Assignment Description
  • BSc degree or higher in Software Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • SW development using Simulink or C/C++, strong communication skills and driver license B that is valid in Sweden.

Requirements

  • Have experience working with Embedded systems.
  • Have experience working in Automotive industry.
  • Have experience from functional testing in MIL
  • Have experience in HIL and SIL testing.
  • Have experience working with Matlab and Simulink.
  • Have experience working with Autosar.
  • Have experience working with Vector tools: CANOE, CANalyzer, VTEST, CANape.
  • ISO26262 implementation knowledge.
  • Have experience working with version handling (GIT).
  • Have knowledge of Control Theory and/or Signal Processing.
  • Driver license B valid in Sweden.

Desired Skills

  • Have knowledge in vehicle dynamics.
  • Have worked with Simulink Test tool.
  • Have worked with requirement management tools (e.g. CarWeaver/SystemWeaver).
  • Knowledge in VCC tools and processes.
  • Have knowledge in rapid prototyping tools (e.g. dSpace Autobox).
  • Having a “doer mindset”, willing to learn new technology.
  • Be able to work in a multicultural team.
  • Have knowledge of Diagnostic (UDS, ISO14229).
  • Have knowledge of Automotive communication protocol: CAN, Ethernet. Have knowledge on low level protocol firmware development: SPI, UART, PWM, DIO, PSI5.
  • Programming knowledge: C, C++, Python.
