In the role as Supply Planner, you will concentrate on refining agile production processes that swiftly adapt to market fluctuations, ensuring operational efficiency and minimal delays. Youll also strategically plan for seasonal peaks and promotional campaigns, adjusting supply plans to guarantee product availability and optimal inventory levels.

Additionally, a key priority will be maintaining ideal inventory levels, enhancing turnover rates, and efficiently utilizing warehouse space to accommodate varying market demands.

• Production Planning: Develop efficient schedules that align with forecasts to optimize resources and reduce lead times.
• Inventory Management: Precisely manage inventory to meet demand while minimizing costs and risks of overstocking or shortages.
• Supplier Management: Foster strong supplier relationships, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality materials.
• Order Fulfillment: Collaborate with production, warehousing, and logistics to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Continuous Improvement: Use data analysis and optimization techniques to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to maintain alignment and promote teamwork.

You are a strategic and agile thinker with over two years of experience in supply planning or supply chain roles in fast-paced industries. Your skills cover production planning, inventory management, and supplier coordination, underpinned by a robust educational background in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Economics.

You excel in optimizing complex supply chain operations through your sharp analytical abilities and strategic planning. A skilled communicator, you effectively build and sustain strong relationships across all organizational levels and with external partners. Your commitment to professional growth and continuous improvement in supply chain practices drives your career forward.

• Hands-On Supply Chain Experience: Demonstrated experience in supply planning and management, particularly in high-velocity environments.
• Educational Background: A relevant degree providing a strong foundation in key supply chain and business management principles.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to anticipate market changes and adapt strategies quickly and efficiently.
• Analytical Proficiency: Skilled in analyzing data to improve supply chain operations and outcomes.
• Communication Skills: Strong capability to communicate effectively and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: A proactive approach to learning and applying new methodologies for process and performance enhancement.
