Volta Greentech was founded with the mission to battle global warming, using feed additives. We develop and produce methane-reducing feed additives, which when fed to cows drastically reduce their methane emissions. With our platform we measure, report and verify emission reductions to provide value for our customers with credible data.

Join us as our Technical Project Manager to lead customer projects, service our customers and further develop our data platform. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, from onboarding and support to technical platform development and implementation on farms. Your focus will be on delivering value, improving customer satisfaction, and leading the technical implementation of our feed additives and the use of our platform. We are in a very exciting time of rapid customer base growth. If youre a hands-on, results-driven leader with a passion for impact and data, we want you on our team.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Day-to-day operations to lead ongoing customer projects
• Collect and analyze technical project data from farms
• Deliver well-designed and impactful data insights to customers
• Develop and improve automated data collection and analysis systems to improve data quality
• Act as the voice of the customer to improve products and services
• Install and maintain measurement equipment on farms
• Manage customer onboardings and demos
• Build and strengthen relationships with farmers, customers, partners, and other stakeholders
• Handle incoming support cases and resolve technical issues with innovative solutions

Nice to have

• A degree in software engineering, computer science or similar could be advantageous, but not a must.

For us it is more important that you have the right attitude and spirit rather than specific experiences. We are looking for driven people who are willing to roll up the sleeves and get things done.

The role is a full-time position and is an integral part of our team, working closely with our sales and product teams. The position is based at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden. Fluency in English and Swedish is a requirement. Frequent work travel is required within the EU to customers and farms.
