Are you ready to shape the future of Supply Chain in a complex, global pharmaceutical manufacturing environment?

We are seeking an experienced and transformational Head of Supply Chain & Logistics to lead our E2E Supply Chain organization in Sverige and drive logistics operations. Operating in a manufacturing network with a highly diversified pharmaceutical portfolio and high export share, you will ensure reliable supply to global markets while driving operational excellence, digital transformation and sustainable growth.

You will lead Supply & Production Planning, Global Distribution, Warehousing, and Logistics while ensuring close alignment with Manufacturing, Business Units, Regional Supply Chain organizations and Market Units. Through strong stakeholder management, you will balance commercial demand, new product introductions, manufacturing capacities, inventory strategies, and customer service requirements to achieve best-in-class supply performance.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in transforming the Supply Chain organization through the implementation of SAP S/4HANA, the establishment of robust master data governance, and the development of a modern, digital, and data-driven operating model. You will be expected to leverage digital technologies, advanced analytics, and automation to improve transparency, decision-making, and operational efficiency across the organization.

Equally important, you will inherit and lead a highly skilled and dedicated Supply Chain team. A key responsibility of the role is to further develop organizational capabilities, inspire a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, and help the organization reach the Nästa level of digital maturity. Through coaching, talent development, and empowering leadership, you will enable the team to adopt new ways of working, unlock productivity improvements, and establish best-in-class Supply Chain practices across the Nordic region.

Your profile
  • Strong collaboration skills across Manufacturing, Global Functions, Regional Supply Chain organizations, and Market Units.
  • Proven leadership experience in Supply Chain Management within pharmaceuticals, life sciences, medical devices, or other highly regulated manufacturing industries.
  • Expertise in Production Planning, S&OP/IBP, Logistics, and End-to-End Supply Chain Management.
  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale transformation programs, ideally including SAP S/4HANA implementations.
  • Experience working with Business Units on lifecycle management.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams and build organizational capabilities.
  • Passion for digitalization, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and people development.

This is a fixed-term probationary employment that, after six months, may transition into a permanent Tjänst upon mutual agreement between both parties.
