Eliq is looking for our Nästa Engineering leader. As the Head of Engineering at Eliq, you will be responsible for overseeing all engineering processes, driving technical excellence, and building and coaching a high-performing engineering leadership team. The role is based in Gothenburg, Sverige.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure successful delivery of high-quality products on time and within budget. If you have a knack for process optimization and a passion for timely delivery, we'd love to have you on board
  • Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of engineering leaders.
  • Strengthen our organizational culture by promoting professionalism, accountability, and innovation.
  • Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, standards, and best practices to maintain technical excellence.
  • Establish effective communication channels with executive leadership, product managers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Participate in the budgets and resource alPlats and manage resources effectively to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Own the technology choices and in doubt be the final arbiter
Requirements
  • Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior engineering leadership role, with a strong track record of success in delivering complex technology solutions.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate technical teams.
  • Deep technical expertise and a solid understanding of the latest trends and advancements in technology.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strategic thinker with a growth mindset and the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

On the tech side our platform is hosted in Microsoft Azure, we use a microservice architecture and our backend service are written in C# and Python.
