Director of Sales and Marketing Systems

Lead and develop the global sales and marketing systems that enable Axis’ commercial operations across all regions. Report to the CIO and collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams worldwide.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow the teams responsible for CRM, marketing automation, web, support, and localization platforms.
  • Drive the direction of these systems, ensuring they evolve with business needs.
  • Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and architectural initiatives.
  • Lead the integration of systems to create a seamless flow of information across the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with global sales and marketing functions on technology planning, prioritization, and investment decisions.
  • Optimize resource usage and maintain a high‑performance, well‑coached team.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience leading and developing technology or systems teams.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing system landscapes (CRM, marketing automation, web platforms, localization).
  • Ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions at both strategic and detailed levels.
  • Experience collaborating across functions and regions in a global organization.
  • Coaching leadership style with a commitment to people development.
