Job ResponsibilitiesThe Role
As Managing Director, you will have full accountability for the overall performance, profitability, as well as the operational and strategic development of the business. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of the Business Area of Material Solutions within GKN Aerospace, you will lead the local management team and ensure the Företag achieves its operational, financial, quality, and customer objectives.
You will be responsible for maintaining a strong culture of safety, compliance, customer focus, and continuous improvement while supporting the Företag's growth ambitions within the aerospace market.
This Tjänst requires a leader who can successfully balance strategic business leadership with a strong operational presence and a passion for people development.
