Benchmark International, a global mergers and acquisitions (‘M&A’) Företag, is looking for a highly driven sales professional with M&A experience to join our new sales team operating from Sverige. Along with the chance to work in an exciting, dynamic, and rapidly growing business, the role offers excellent progression opportunities for the suitable candidate.

As a ‘front line’ sales Tjänst with a strong emphasis on assisting prospective clients considering exit or growth strategies for their businesses, you will bring the benefit of your commercial knowledge and expertise to discussions.

The Director role will include:

  • Valuing and assessing the saleability of each potential client's business.
  • Explaining Benchmark International’s services and their benefits.
  • Presenting clients with a variety of exit/growth solutions.
Job Responsibilities

As an Associate Director, you will communicate directly with prospective clients – face-to-face and virtually – to understand their objectives and explain how Benchmark International can assist. Generation of leads and setting of appointments will be managed centrally by our experienced Deal Origination team.

Your specific duties as a Director will include:

  • Contracting with clients to sell their business.
  • Negotiating contract terms.
  • Negotiating and collecting fees.
  • Providing a completed business engagement package for each signed contract, including financial information, to our Deal Transaction team.
Job Requirements

As well as bringing your M&A experience to this role, you must be an energetic and passionate individual with a positive and highly motivated ‘can do’ attitude, along with a strong desire and ambition to succeed in this hugely rewarding industry. It is also vital that you possess excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as presentation abilities.

Specific experience for the Director Tjänst includes:

  • Proven professional sales experience in a Business-to-Business environment.
  • Commercial awareness from experience in the M&A industry, dealing with businesses at an executive level, or perhaps from running your own business.
  • Ability to influence a client's buying decisions by presenting features and benefits of a product/ service.
