We’relooking for a commercially driven and visionary Managing Director to lead and grow our CXM business within Merkle, a part ofdentsu.
This is a pivotal leadership role with full accountability for business performance, strategic direction, and long-term growth. Reporting directly to the CEO ofdentsuSverige, you will lead a future ready, data driven organization while acting as a senior partner to key clients and delivering measurable business impact.
What you’ll doYou are a senior commercial leader with strong P&L experience and a deep understanding of Customer Experience Management (CXM). You thrive in complex, client-driven environments, are confident engaging at C-level, and bring clarity, energy, and direction to both people and business. You bring international experience and are comfortable operating in a matrix organization, with excellent communication skills and full professional proficiency in both English and Swedish.
