For our client, We are now looking for a creative Copywriter and strategic content specialist to enhance the customer experience across community platforms and social media channels.This is an interim assignment aprox % during three months.Role & Responsibility:

• Review the current social media content strategy from a customer experience perspective.
• Audit and analyze content across community and social platforms.
• Develop fresh content concepts and series that can be used over time.
• Write compelling, creative copy tailored to the brand and audience.

Requirements:

• Native or bilingual proficiency in English (written communication is fully in English)

Proven minimum 5 years experience in:

• Social media writing
• Content conceptualization
• Content strategy
• Copywriting
