What will you do?As the Performance Marketing & Martech Lead you will own and scale our customer acquisition engine through data-driven marketing, MarTech innovation, and analytical excellence. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, leading multi-channel campaign strategy, optimizing growth funnels, and building scalable systems for performance measurement. You'll also lead and mentor a small team of performance marketing specialists, fostering a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
