As Director Project Engineering offshore at NKT Transmission, you will lead a dedicated engineering department responsible for technical leadership in complex projects, competence development, and continuous improvement of processes and products. Lead and develop a high performing engineering departmentIn this role, you will lead the project engineering department within NKT transmission, ensuring that technical lead engineers are assigned to projects and that the department operates according to established processes. You will drive competence development, resource planning, and continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with NKT transmission goals. You will also be responsible for maintaining relevant instructions, managing budgets, and supporting product maintenance and development initiatives.
You will collaborate closely with the technical management team and support other departments.
The Tjänst is located in Karlskrona, Sverige.
