About the RoleAs Head of R&D Mechatronics Agriculture, you will play a key role in driving technology leadership for JOST’s Business Line Agriculture. You will lead and develop the Agricultural Mechatronics department in close collaboration with other R&D teams, product management, and JOST’s global Mechatronics and Digitalization organization.
Your task is to ensure innovation, quality, and efficiency in product development. At JOST, mechatronics means integrating mechanics, electronics, hydraulics, control theory, and computer science to create intelligent, efficient, and connected systems.
This is a role where you can shape both technology and people. You will build an environment where engineers grow, collaborate and succeed together while driving innovation forward.
Your ResponsibilitiesThe role is located in Brännland just outside of Umeå and you will have the possibility to work 2 days per week from Hem.
