Telia Wholesale provides wholesale services to operators, service providers, and hyperscalers who want to leverage Telia's fiber and mobile networks to create their own services for consumer and business customers.
My name is Micaela Magnertoft, and I lead Business Management & Sales within Telia Infra, where we are responsible for Telia's wholesale business in the Swedish market. We are entering an exciting future where the traditional telecom market is evolving rapidly alongside increased digitalization. We are now looking for a leader who is passionate about doing business and developing our most important customer relationships.
What you'll do:
I'm looking for a commercially driven Head of Sales, working with Wholesale, who wants to lead, develop, and drive our sales within the Swedish operator market. Within Infra, we contribute to Telia's business by connecting Sverige and driving digitalization forward. At the core of what we do is continuously improving, modernizing, and making Sverige's best fixed and mobile networks accessible. The Wholesale Operator Sales unit is responsible for developing and driving Telia Sverige's wholesale business toward our customers, which mainly consist of operators in the Swedish market. Through our wholesale offering, we enable our customers to create added value in their own services.
In this role, you will work closely with our product teams, and it is important that you have a solid understanding of the telecom ecosystem – from infrastructure owners to operators and service providers. The role also includes responsibility for Service Quality Management within the customer segment. To succeed, you will lead a team of approximately ten employees responsible for Account Management, Service Quality Management, and the development of future sales channels. Together, we share a strong business focus and a drive to actively contribute to the transformation journey we are on.

Who are you?
You are a strong, action‑oriented leader with experience in business and/or sales from a senior role within IT or telecom. Experience from a communication operator is considered a plus. You have a coaching leadership style and are used to working in a fast‑paced and changing environment. You have experience building, leading, and coaching teams through pressure and transformation. You act proactively with a strong business focus and are driven by continuously developing both yourself and your team.
Your background
You can identify business needs and are comfortable working independently while taking responsibility across strategic, tactical, and operational levels in complex business processes. We believe you have strong expertise in telecom from both an infrastructure and commercial perspective. Experience in wholesale business within telecom, the mobile business, and communication operators is a strong advantage.
