About this recruitmentWe are recruiting Pumpkin Farm Workers and Tractor Drivers for a well‑established family farm in Ystad, southern Sverige. The farm specialises in pumpkins, potatoes, and onions – and this is a hands‑on role where you will be involved in the full growing season from early summer through to the autumn harvest.
The work includes tractor driving as well as harvesting, weeding, and packing vegetables. You will be part of a small, close‑knit team working outdoors in all conditions, so physical fitness and a positive attitude are as important as your experience.
Working hours and payMon‑Fri 07:30‑17:00 (Saturday 07:30‑15:00).
QualificationsWe are looking for a responsible and committed person who is knowledgeable in harvesting and vegetable production and also has tractor‑driving experience.
Selection processIf approved, the candidate travels to the site for a 14‑day probationary test period.
Regular contractIf approved after the test period, the regular contract will commence.
TasksAccommodation follows the Dolphin Group minimum standards and includes Wi‑Fi access. Contractors have individual bedrooms with a shared kitchen and bathroom. The accommodation is located on the farm. Work clothes and bed linen are provided; you should bring your own work shoes and boots.
