Responsibilities

• Own E2E test governance for large-scale SAP programs.
• Coordinate business, functional, integration, automation, and performance testing teams.
• Ensure environment readiness and test data availability.
• Monitor quality gates and release readiness.
• Drive defect triage, root cause analysis, and risk mitigation.
• Present testing progress and quality metrics to program leadership.

Qualifications

Experience (Years): 8-10 Years

Required Skills

• 10+ Years in SAP Testing and Test Management, preferably in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Experience as Test Manager in two or more SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and business processes.
• Experience in one or more SAP modules:
• FICO
• MM
• SD
• PP
• PM
• QM
• EWM
• Knowledge of requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, and testing.
• Experience in project estimation, planning, resourcing, and stakeholder management.
• SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration testing.
• Release and deployment readiness.
• Offshore/onshore team leadership.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred SkillsLeadership & Governance Responsibilities

• Define and govern the overall SAP testing strategy across the program.
• Understand business requirements and identify end-to-end test scenarios.
• Create, review, and manage test cases and test execution plans.
• Manage and track testing for SAP functional configurations and technical objects.
• Lead all testing phases:
• Unit Testing (UT)
• Functional Unit Testing (FUT)
• System Integration Testing (SIT)
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Regression Testing
• Performance Testing
• Coordinate cutover testing, go-live readiness, and post-go-live support activities.
• Manage defects, risks, test metrics, and stakeholder communications.
• Prepare testing status reports and executive dashboards.
