Now, we're looking for a Financial Risk Manager to join our growing team within our Group Risk Control Function and take ownership of how we identify, assess, and manage financial risks and play a key role in capital and liquidity planning across the organisation. You will work closely with Treasury, Credit, Finance, and executive management, and present regularly to the Board Risk Committee.
This is a broad, hands-on role in a growing Swedish bank, combining quantitative analysis with regulatory engagement and strategic advisory to the business.
What You'll DoYou'll lead the second-line financial risk function, partnering with the business to design and embed a framework that scales with us. In practice, that means:
You've built financial risk frameworks in regulated financial institutions and know how to make them practical, not bureaucratic. You're as comfortable challenging a financial risk owner as you are presenting to the Board, and you bring the judgment to know when to push and when to partner.

You'll join at a pivotal moment in our growth, with real ownership of your area and direct visibility to senior leadership, including the CRO, CEO, and Board.
