Your teamYou will join a collaborative and highly skilled engineering team. We believe in high autonomy, where you have the space to drive technical decisions and influence our architecture. While we support hybrid office setup, you will be part of our local tech hub in Malmö, bringing a vibrant, supportive, and knowledge‑sharing culture to life every day.
What’s the role about?As a Senior Software Engineer, your mission is to design, build, and scale core parts of our #1 AI Digital Sales Room. In this role, you get to look beyond just the code quality, you will focus on the complete picture and the actual customer problem. You will enjoy the variety of taking full ownership, from the initial idea until the code is successfully shipped to production. It is a highly rewarding challenge where you get to influence the total solution, collaborate with your team, and see the direct impact of your work on our users. You are expected to understand our customers by actively getting feedback from them in order to create the best experience possible.

You are an autonomous, deeply curious, and passionate engineer who takes pride in building great products using cutting‑edge technologies. You will not just write code, you will dive deep into understanding our customers’ needs to ensure our product is as impactful and seamless as possible. As an autonomous engineer, you will lead the way in experimenting with AI‑driven development tools, finding smarter ways to build software, and sharing that knowledge to elevate the entire engineering team.
