About the Role

Join a forward-thinking engineering unit focused on building innovative energy and charging solutions for the future of electric mobility. You will contribute to developing scalable, user‑centric energy platforms that simplify and enhance everyday life for electric vehicle users globally.

About the Team

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team working on energy optimization solutions, covering everything from early concept and technical strategy to production‑ready systems. The team develops backend systems for smart charging services, including V2G (Vehicle‑to‑Grid), and creates APIs that enable seamless integration and management of energy resources.

The team brings together software engineers, cloud developers, and domain specialists collaborating to build sustainable, high‑impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of Nästa‑generation energy ecosystems, focusing on device integration and cloud infrastructure
  • Design and develop backend or full‑stack solutions for smart energy platforms
  • Work with event‑driven architectures and distributed systems
  • Participate in cloud infrastructure management and optimization
  • Collaborate within a self‑organizing, agile team, taking ownership of deliverables
  • Ensure high‑quality, scalable, and secure system integrations
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in software development
  • Strong expertise in .NET / C#, Azure, and Kafka
  • Experience with cloud‑native development and distributed systems
  • Proven experience integrating complex systems in cloud environments
  • Knowledge of event‑driven architecture
  • Hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles in cloud/distributed environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience
Nice to Have
  • Experience in energy systems / smart charging / EV domain
  • Exposure to V2G or energy optimization platforms
Personal Attributes
  • Strong analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem‑solving
  • Passion for sustainability and technology innovation
  • Curious, proactive, and continuously seeking improvement
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working in fast‑paced, diverse environments
Additional Requirement
  • Valid Category B Driver’s License
