Are you an experienced executive within IT consulting with deep roots in the manufacturing or utilities sector? Are you motivated by shaping large-scale transformation, influencing C-level decision makers, and building a high-performing business with real market impact?

As Vice President Consulting Services, you will lead our Manufacturing & Utilities unit in Malmö and take full accountability for growth, strategy, and delivery. Future responsibilities:

As Vice President, you will lead the unit with full business ownership, balancing three key dimensions: clients, people, and shareholders. You will be responsible for driving sustainable growth while ensuring excellence in delivery and leadership.

Your responsibilities include:

• Defining and executing the strategic direction for the Manufacturing & Utilities unit
• Owning the P&L and ensuring profitable growth
• Strengthening and expanding executive-level relationships within key industrial accounts
• Leading complex business development initiatives and high-value strategic deals
• Ensuring successful delivery of large, transformation-driven engagements
• Building, mentoring and inspiring a high-performing leadership team

You will combine commercial acumen with deep industry understanding to Tjänst CGI as a trusted strategic partner to industrial clients navigating digital transformation, smart manufacturing, automation, IoT, sustainability, and data-driven operations.

This is a high-impact leadership role where your industry insight will directly shape business outcomes — both for our clients and for CGI.

Qualifications required for this role:

You are a senior leader in the consulting industry with a strong personal credibility in Manufacturing and/or Utilities. You understand the operational realities of industrial environments — from production and supply chains to asset management and energy systems — and you can translate those realities into strategic IT-driven solutions.

You bring:

• Minimum 15 years of experience within IT/management consulting, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• A strong track record of building and scaling consulting business within Manufacturing and/or Utilities
• Deep understanding of digital transformation in industrial environments (e.g. smart factories, Industry 4.0/5.0, ERP modernization, automation, data & AI, sustainability, OT/IT convergence)
• Demonstrated success in strategic sales and complex deal shaping at executive level
• Experience leading large teams and delivering in complex, matrixed organizations
• Strong commercial acumen combined with strategic clarity and operational discipline

You are entrepreneurial yet structured. Strategic yet pragmatic. You inspire trust with C-level executives and engage naturally with both engineers and business leaders.

Most importantly, you are motivated by building something meaningful — developing people, strengthening long-term client partnerships, and driving transformation that makes a real difference in industrial society.
