Seeking a candidate with 2+ years industry experience who has ideally come from a large sailing yacht. A 2nd stew looking to advance into a sole stew role and a new challenge. You must have a background in high-end service as this is something that is expected onboard. Candidates needs to be driven, be able to mange their time and have an outgoing and enthstic personality. A reasonable understanding and appreciation of wine is required. Yacht can provide WSET course training if necessary. Sailing ability is a bonus, but not essential, as the successful candidate will learn during passages and be expected to participate. Any interest in water sports would also be a significant advantage. Over the next 3 years the yacht is sailing world wide. Starting this summer in NYC and then up the east coast before heading to the Caribbean. From there its onwards to Brazil, South Africa, Indian Ocean, Asia and finally Pacific.
