As the Chief of Staff at Greenely, youll act as a strategic partner to the CEO and the leadership team, bridging gaps between departments and ensuring continuous alignment with company goals. Youll help refine business objectives, streamline processes, and drive key initiatives that foster a culture of collaboration and innovation. Drive Strategic Projects Lead cross-functional initiatives at the intersection of product, energy, and business—including pricing strategies and new market explorations—to advance Greenelys position in the energy-tech landscape.

Implement & Track OKRs Own the company-wide OKR process, from setting measurable objectives to coordinating updates and ensuring accountability. Continuously refine the framework to keep pace with Greenelys rapid growth.

Prepare High-Impact Presentations Create and refine key business presentations for external and internal audiences (investors, partners, board members, and employees), translating complex data into compelling, actionable insights.

Refine Greenelys Company Narrative Update and maintain the wider Greenely company presentation to ensure it resonates with investors, partners, and potential hires—spotlighting our mission, achievements, and strategic vision.

Manage Company KPIs Track and update core business KPIs to monitor performance and spot improvement opportunities. Partner with leadership and department heads to devise data-driven strategies and action plans.

Dive In Where Needed Proactively troubleshoot operational issues, fill functional gaps, and step into critical projects to remove roadblocks—keeping the organization agile and customer-focused.

Partner with Leadership Work hand-in-hand with the leadership team to ensure success in our most prioritized areas—whether its launching a new product feature, pivoting a go-to-market strategy, or closing a strategic partnership.

Shape Business Development Efforts Collaborate with business leads to identify and pursue growth opportunities, optimize commercial offerings, and cultivate relationships that expand Greenelys presence in the energy sector.

Executive Advisory & Coordination Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing strategic counsel, driving special projects, and coordinating leadership forums. Facilitate effective decision-making by translating insights into actionable plans.

• Proven Leadership & Coaching Experience Youve successfully led teams or coached leaders, setting and executing on operational or strategic objectives.

• Strong Analytical Skillset You can analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and translate insights into impactful actions.

• Exceptional Communication Skills You excel at communicating complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, across both technical and non-technical audiences.
